*We ship exclusively to the continental 48 United States only. We do not ship to business addresses, residences only. Your credit card billing address must match the delivery address or the sale will be declined. The name on the credit card used for payment must also be the signor for the delivered shipment.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will normally ship within five business days from the date of your order. However, please note that with certain custom licensed logo series products such as pool tables, game tables, pub tables, bar stools,and other specified items, the lead time will vary, which is specified for each product in the product descriptions. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Standard Ground Shipping (USA only) on all orders over $100 is included in the sale price of most of our products unless otherwise stated. Lead time typically ranges from 7-14 business days utilizing USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. For our larger and heavier products such as our furniture theater seating and game room tables, our vendors use their chosen freight carriers. Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges are included to curbside.

Lead time to ship for products varies per manufacturer as follows:
>For ACE Branded products (Jack Daniel's, Old No. 7) - Normally ship within 48 business hours after receipt, with the exception of special order items such as pool tables, and jukeboxes. These particular items are made to order and normally take 4-6 weeks for delivery. You will be notified by email of any delay. Orders are typically shipped UPS. In the case of larger items common carrier delivery may be required. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. Delivery charges are included to curbside.
>Ram Game Room - Allow lead time of 5-10 business days before shipping date. Customer will be notified by email at fulfillment date. Price includes delivery to curbside. Please email to confirm additional LTL Freight delivery costs, with lift gate.
>SLS Licensing/FAN MATS Logo Rugs and Mats - As these products are custom made at time of order. Please allow up to 2 weeks lead time before shipping date. Delivery charges are included in the sale price.
>Holland Bar Stool Co. - For all of our custom made-to-order licensed logo series products manufactured in Holland, Michigan, (logo game room tables, pub tables, bar stools, clocks, lighting, wall decor art, etc.), lead times range from 2-9 weeks depending on the product. Please refer to the respective product description for specified lead times for these products. Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges are included to curbside.

Pool Tables - Freight delivery costs and professional installation service is included in the displayed pricing. This professional "White Glove" installation service is mandatory on all orders for pool tables. This service is provided by the manufacturer, Holland Bar Stool Co.
Shuffleboard - Freight cost and professional installation service is included in the product pricing. Professional "White Glove" installation service is included along with the warranty. Customer may waive this installation service and install the unit themselves but this VOIDS the warranty.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to fully inspect the product and call both the freight carrier and dealer within 24 hours of delivery to notify of any possible returns, due to defect or otherwise. Any non-defective returns made without a call within this 24-hour inspection window will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. For defective or damaged goods, the customer has 14 days to return the product, customer must call prior to returning the product with the reason for return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA # from our customer service department. The product must be like new and is subject to our inspection. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING - product must be in new, original condition, packaged in original packaging, and include all tags and paperwork that accompanied it. Product returns on non-defective merchandise must be shipped back with freight prepaid by the customer, freight is non-refundable. Shipping on defective product returns will be paid for by Holland Bar Stool. If for some reason a customer is returning a non-defective product they have 10 days to contact the dealer to initiate a return. Again, if the 24-hour inspection call window has passed, all non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All refunds are subject to inspection upon return. Returned custom orders, or custom orders canceled after production has started, are subject to the 20% restocking fee.
